Still Not Happy...

I'm back with a fanart of Chi-Chi from DragonBall/Z/GT. My fave character despite her sometimes being annoying. The dress is sort of a mishmash of two of the dresses she wore during the course of DragonBall Z and I was too lazy to change it... so here it is. Princess Fight

I don't really like Rosalina and to tell the truth, I was kind of disappointed that Nintendo was introducing a new princess instead of expanding on some characters for the wii release. I don't know... Daisy comes to mind, and maybe Waluigi, Birdo? Anyway, this sort of stems from a mini mario comic I'm writing. It's still untitled but it has to do with both Peach and Daisy ganging up on Rosalina. My characterization of her so far would be like one of those girls who pretend to be nice in high school if that makes any sense.
I might like Rosalina in the future, but right now I don't really see much of her character for me to like her.

And another thing. Daisy is NOT just a Peach clone. I imagine that if she were in brawl her moves would be different than Peach's. And she's a playable character in mario party and sluggers and super chargers etc. why not brawl? A palette swap isn't enough.

Anyway, here it is. I was hoping to make another walkthrough, but this took too long to color and I forgot to save shots of the progress. Oh well, I'll save it for another pic.

Lucille Ball WIP

I'm so proud of this one. So far it's been a little over 3 hours that it took me, and I can't believe I'm still not done. Well, I can believe it... because I'm still a beginner with realism, especially digital portraits like this.

EDIT: I won't be able to finish this one, even though I would have liked to. I've formatted my hard drive and lost this before backing it up on my flash drive. Stupid, I know. So, unless I start this over from scratch... I won't be able to finish it. I'll try just saving it off my gallery... but I don't know what that'll do to the quality.

Le Marquis de Singe

From Tales of Monkey Island... loved the third part and just had to draw him even though he's only in a tiny part of the game.

Anyway, I turned this into telltale games for their Halloween Contest just because I could. I wasn't expecting to win anything, and of course it didn't. There were lots of great entries that actually had to do with Halloween and were far better than mine.

Also, if I would've won I probably would have felt guilty since I drew this way before knowing about the contest and entering it in the contest was more like an afterthought. So... no hard feelings telltale. I'll try again next year!

I'm coloring a select few of my sketches. Here's one where this guy has a personal vendetta against a bottle of ketchup. Yeah, I have no clue what I was thinking.

Before the Bad

My reperesentation of what Blackfire would have looked like before she was evil. Looking back at the episode where Starfire goes back to Tamaran, you don't see one single person... er alien... without RED hair and GREEN eyes, not black hair and pink eyes. So, maybe her thoughts tainted her? This is supposed to be her transition, so she's not yet evil nor completely good.
