Still Not Happy...

I'm back with a fanart of Chi-Chi from DragonBall/Z/GT. My fave character despite her sometimes being annoying. The dress is sort of a mishmash of two of the dresses she wore during the course of DragonBall Z and I was too lazy to change it... so here it is.
